Nils Baumann combines the ordinary by the mechanics of the collage to unusual. Thereby he creates new controversies. By the teamwork from various styles he drives this mechanics on the peak. Thus originate absolutely new conflicts, tensions and disagreements which despair the viewer partially, brood, recognise or allow to illuminate.He gives merely the impulse to a story.No right, no wrong – no thread . It deals about looking in to a mirror and of recognising the putative and of forming your own story.

Nils Baumann still works in his hometown of Hamburg, in various areas for a variety of clients in advertising, film and publishing.
